The Change Practitioner (CMP) course focuses on how to apply and tailor change management guidance in a given organizational change situation. Building on the knowledge learned in the Management Foundation Certification course, participants will understand: the key principles in defining what's required for all involved in a change initiative, the project environment governing change, and the organizational levers, adoption approaches and reinforcing systems typically used to sustain change. Successful participants will receive their APMG-Internaional Change Management Practitioner (CMP) designation, and 35 hours of CPD from PMI towards the PMP designation.
Course starts each day at 8:30 AM and ends approximately 4:30 PM
Complementary breakfast is available starting at 7:30 AM in the Trio Restaurant on the main floor of the hotel. Breakfast voucher is provided at sign in on the day of the course.
Full refund less a service fee of 20% of registration fee (plus 13% HST) will be made on cancellations received in writing ten working days prior to the course dates, after which no refunds will be made. Substitution of registrants from the same company may be made up to the course date.
The MEARIE Group reserves the right to postpone or cancel any activity in the event of low enrollment. If this occurs, a full refund will be provided or we can transfer the fee to the next scheduled class.
